Module 1: UNCOVER

"What's actually going on here?"

You'll do a Bullshit Audit and an Energy Map across 8 life domains. You'll see exactly where your energy is going, where it's being drained, and where the gap is between how things look and how things feel. Then you'll learn why you feel so overwhelmed in the first place: the open loops, the decision fatigue, the invisible load. And why none of that is a personal failing.

Module 2: SUBTRACT

"What needs to go?"

Before you add anything new, you'll use the Decisional Balance Matrix to test what's actually worth keeping. You'll run your goals through a "Should" Test and identify the borrowed goals that were never yours to begin with.

Module 3: DESIGN

"What would make this easier?"

Not your ideal life. Your real, messy, sometimes-exhausted life. You'll learn why design beats discipline, use the IF/THEN Formula to root new habits into your existing routine, and run your first one-week experiment.

Module 4: SUSTAIN

"How do I keep going when life happens?"

Because it will. You'll build Three Gears for every habit (full, low, and survival mode) so disruption shifts your gear instead of breaking it.
